DataQuick®, an MDA company and a premier provider of real estate information solutions, announced the release of a foreclosure marketing list within ProspectFinder®, DataQuick’s Web-based lead generation tool. This new list allows users to make critical business decisions by quickly identifying properties in active foreclosure.
With a nationwide surge in mortgage foreclosures, this list complements the marketing efforts of users in search of quality leads. Designed for investors, real estate professionals, and mortgage brokers, the foreclosure list draws from Notice of Default (NOD) and Notice of Trustee Sale (NOT) records as well as from a robust multi-sourced data set featuring the most current sales and loan information.
ProspectFinder users can quickly search for properties in active foreclosure status by geography, date, minimum bid, delinquent amount, or by various property characteristics. Records can be easily downloaded along with detailed foreclosure reports to provide a comprehensive overview of the property in foreclosure. Users can also create custom mail campaigns by downloading the file for use with a mail merge application.
