DataQuick offers a team-based working environment. There are business units and teams that are formed within each unit. Each team consists of a team leader and associates. We foster an environment of work group cooperation where each associate is treated with courtesy and respect.

DataQuick has an "open door" policy where associates are encouraged to openly communicate with others at all levels of the organization.
