President of DataQuick

John has been the President of DataQuick since 2008. He has over 30 years of Sales, Marketing and General Management experience in the Financial Services and Real Estate industries. John has a BS in Business/Economics from California Lutheran College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Bill Sullivan

SVP of Lending Solutions Division

Bill leads the Lending Solutions team that manages a growing client base which includes the nation’s top residential lenders. He has more than 25 years of experience in various management roles in the financial services industry, revolving around product innovation and solving customer business problems. Bill received his BS degree in Economics from Salem University in Salem, Massachusetts.

Bill Richer

EVP of MindBox Division

Bill heads the MindBox division for the delivery of automated solutions for mortgage lenders, investors and servicers. He has more than 25 years experience in rules-based systems including 15 years of experience in the Mortgage Technology industry. Bill has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from University of Waterloo and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.

Leslie Foster

President of DataQuick Title

Leslie is the President of DataQuick Title. Her career in the financial services industry began more than 25 years ago and has held Executive Management positions over the years linking strategy with execution most recently at Cargill’s Access Financial Services, GMAC-RFC and Bear Stearns. Leslie has a BS in Economics/Business from Rockford College, in Illinois.

Stanley Wu

Vice President of Operations

Stanley joined DataQuick as the Vice President of Operations in 2001, responsible for the Product Development, Data Operations and Information Technology teams. He has over 30 years of experience in the High Tech industry. Stanley holds his diploma in Control System Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Randy Wussler

Vice President of Product Management and Marketing

Randy leads the team responsible for the evolution and ongoing positioning of DataQuick’s Real Estate and Lending products. He has more than 20 years of Product Management and Marketing experience in the Real Estate, Lending and Technology industries. Randy has a BA in Industrial Psychology from Penn State and an MBA from San Diego State University.

James Keglovits

Chief Administrative Officer

James is the Chief Administrative Officer and oversees Human Resources, Legal and Administration for DataQuick. James has been with DataQuick since 2004. He has over 19 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, Finance and Legal. James has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

John Duchouquette

Vice President of Operations

John has over 15 years of experience in Mortgage Product fulfillment. With his focus on operational excellence, he now oversees all of the operations for DataQuick’s Lending Solutions. John attended the Business School at the University of Texas at Austin and has served as the President of National Flood Determination Association.

Gordon Crawford

Vice President of Analytics

Gordon heads our team responsible for developing all the models and analytics, including home price indices, automated property valuation models and loan performance models. He worked for 20 years at Fannie Mae, leading various research functions. Gordon earned a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University as well as a MA and a doctorate in Economics from the University of Rochester.
