Half of respondants are either conducting their property research via a comprehensive tool, or you’re going to a Title Company. Most Title Companies, we’ve found, utilize a comprehensive solution as well.

One-quarter of those responding use Real Estate-releated websites, such as Zillow, to do property research, and the rest of you go directly to the County. While these sources are convenient, you’re likely finding they aren’t complete enough to meet your needs.
