Yes!..and many DataQuick customers use our property research tools to do just that. Corona, California-based Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, or PRMG, is one great example. According to PRMG chief operating officer Robert Holliday, the mortgage group uses PropertyFinder 2G to support its thorough underwriting and quality control processes, including adherence to new RESPA guidelines.
